What We Guarantee

Scope Adherence We will deliver everything outlined in your approved proposal. If we miss something in scope, we will complete it at no additional charge.
Quality Workmanship Every project is hand-coded and tested before delivery. We do not use templates. If a bug exists in our code at launch, we will fix it free of charge.
Revision Rounds Each project includes revision rounds as specified in your proposal. We work with you until the result meets the agreed-upon design and functional requirements.
Post-Launch Support We provide a 30-day post-launch support window for all new projects to address any issues that arise after going live.

Limitations

Our guarantee covers work within the agreed project scope. It does not cover changes in requirements after approval, third-party service outages, or issues caused by client-side modifications to delivered work. Hosting uptime is subject to our hosting service level agreement.
