Error Message: "Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: db_mysql..."

If you get an error similar to "Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: db_mysql in /path/to/some/file.php on line xxx". This means that you are either using an old db_mysql.php in the include/ directory or it is missing from that directory all together.

Please make sure that you have uploaded the files correctly and attempt to re run the installation script again.
