Palm Beach Jets

Palm Beach Jets

Palm Beach Jets is a full-stack Laravel 11 platform for an independent private aviation advisory and aircraft management firm serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and professional advisors across South Florida. The site spans eight core service areas — charter, aircraft management, ownership advisory, acquisitions, sales, financing, and family office consulting — built on a strict institutional design system that prioritizes editorial authority over lifestyle branding.

A Filament-powered CMS drives dynamic location pages for key South Florida markets, while a dual-mode charter cost estimator serves as the technical centerpiece. Full JSON-LD schema markup, FAQ structured data, and a dynamic XML sitemap are baked into the architecture for long-term SEO performance. The platform also includes a lead management system with UTM tracking and source attribution.

The Challenge

The private aviation market is dominated by operator-branded booking platforms and charter brokers with inherent inventory bias. The client needed a digital presence that communicated fiduciary independence and institutional credibility — not a booking engine. Most design and content patterns in the industry pointed entirely the wrong direction, making differentiation both critical and difficult to execute without appearing boutique or lifestyle-oriented.

Our Approach

TWT built a custom Laravel platform with a rigidly enforced design system. The charter cost estimator pulls real-time pricing via the Aviapages API with automatic fallback to an internal haversine-based calculation model, always returning a price range with mandatory disclaimers — never a single figure. All operator names, tail numbers, and third-party branding are completely suppressed. The Filament CMS generates structured location pages from a master template, and the full advisory content hierarchy was built to support high-intent organic search across South Florida private aviation queries.

Results

The platform launched with eight service pages, a fully operational dual-mode cost estimator, five South Florida location pages, two long-form insight articles, and a complete lead capture and routing system. The site achieves 90+ Lighthouse scores, passes Google Rich Results validation for FAQ schema, and is structured for durable search visibility across competitive private aviation keywords in the South Florida market.
